     Oldřich Navrátil serves as Independent Senior Consultant & Headhunter in the field of Recruitment and Executive Search of Specialists and Top Managers, mainly in the Industrial and Manufacturing Sector, Direct Sales, Logistics, IT Services, Facility, Healthcare, Retail and FMCG. 

Graduated at the Prague School of Economics, Faculty of Trade (M.E.). Master studies in Management, Marketing and International Trade at the European Business School he finalized in 1991 (M.B.A.)

More than 3 years of professional experience as Associate Partner at SAM HEADHUNTING (2010 – 2013) where I have displayed strong capability to strengthen client’s relationships and business development. 
I have mainly recruited or headhunted for the positions of CEO, Managing Directors, COO, CFO, HRD, Sales Directors, BDM and R&D Specialists, as well as several other positions, especially in the consumer, retail sector, production, direct sales, IT, B2B, luxury goods, energy & petrochemical, aerospace, facility, construction sector and healthcare business.

My approach in headhunting and search is to ensure that clients get added value and skill transfer in all assignments. Client satisfaction is always crucial importance to me. Both clients and executives highly valued my competent advice and quality of execution of the search projects.

In the past I have worked both in the Czech Republic and abroad (U.S.A., Great Britain, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Russia, Ukraine, Poland and Slovakia). 
I used to work in the multicultural environment as Sales and Marketing Director, General Manager or International Brand Director with responsibility for more than 25 countries. 

I  speak Czech, Slovak, English, Russian and partially Spanish.
